Danny

Re: OVAL Mailing List Transition and Timeline

I just wanted to give a quick update on the mailing list transition.

OVAL-ANNOUNCE-LIST:  Posting to this list has been disabled and it has officially been decommissioned.  My apologies for the spam this morning when we changed the list options.

OVAL-DEVELOPER-LIST:  Posting to this list has been disabled and community members should now send their OVAL Language related messages to [hidden email].  You can subscribe here http://lists.cisecurity.org/mailman/listinfo/oval_developer_lists.cisecurity.org.

OVAL-DISCUSSION-LIST:  Posting to this list has been disabled and community members should now send their OVAL Content submissions to the [hidden email].  You can subscribe here http://lists.cisecurity.org/mailman/listinfo/oval_repository_lists.cisecurity.org.  Please note that MITRE will process submissions sent to the CIS OVAL_Repository mailing list and enter them into the MITRE OVAL Repository up until September 1st in order to ensure a smooth transition to the CIS OVAL Repository.

If you have any questions about this, please send me a message at [hidden email] since the MITRE mailing lists are now disabled.  If you have any questions about the new CIS mailing lists, please send a message to [hidden email].

Thanks,

Danny
