Subject: [cti-users] How to UNsubscribe from the mailing list cti-users@

Wish to UNsubscribe from the mailing list cti-users@?  Here's how:

1. Do not send a message to the list itself

2. Instead, send an email message to the mailing list server[hidden email]

3. The server will respond to your message with a request for confirmation: when you receive it, reply to that email message

4. If the instructions above are unclear, or if steps 2-3 seem to fail, please contact (offline, without any CC to the list): [hidden email]

DETAILS, per interest or need

To UNsubscribe from cti-users, send an email message - NOT to the list members but to:

After you send email to the server ( [hidden email] ), you should receive a response from the server asking you to confirm.   In very rare cases, that message from the server asking for UNsub confirmation may land in a user's spam folder.  If you already sent an email message to the server to UNsubscribe (  [hidden email] ) and spotted no email reply, please look in SPAM (folder) for a message, From: [hidden email]  saying:

To confirm that you would like
removed from the cti-users mailing list, please send an empty reply
to this address [...] Usually, this happens when you just hit the
"reply" button

If you find that email message, you need to reply to it to close the UNsub transaction.

If you sent email to the server to UNsubscribe (  [hidden email] ) and received a message asserting that indeed you are NOT a current subscriber, one of your (old) an email aliases may be involved.  If that happens, send me [ [hidden email] ] the full/complete text of that message or messages from the server, with the SMTP headers.  We will attempt to discover the email alias or other gremlins.
